We want you to be fully satisfied with your Christian Audigier purchase; if you are not completely happy, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure all merchandise is returned in its original condition with the signature branding and tags intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unworn merchandise in its original packaging, including the packing slip and all authenticity certificates.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your confirmation email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
